User Verification:
To keep Tazbar a safe trading marketplace, it is recommended that all
users obtain standard verification. Registering on Tazbar is free, as are the
two verification processes shown below. By verifying this way you show your
genuine intentions to other members.
Currently we offer two levels of user verification:
- Credit / Debit Card verification
- Telephone verification
Advantages of User Verification :
- Verified users are identified by special icons on their feedback and
/or listing pages.
- Verification shows genuine intention to your trading partners.
- Verification helps to eliminate online fraud.
- Standard verification is free and instant.
Verification for Sellers:
To sell on Tazbar, it is mandatory to obtain credit / debit card
verification. Sellers can also opt for additional telephone verification to
create greater trust with trading partners. To become verified please click here
Verification for Buyers:
Verification for buyers is optional. Buyers can can opt for card and / or
phone verification.
Please be aware that sellers have the option of not allowing un-verified
members to bid on their items. This is a security feature that is optional to
sellers and may be used in certain categories due to the nature and value of
the products.

Problems with Card Verification:
If your card fails the verification process, try the following:
- If you received an error message whilst verifying your card, click here to
find out what the different error codes mean.
- Make sure you have entered the card number correctly.
- Your registered address must match the card registered address i.e the
address on your card billing statement.Even a small variation can cause
the verification process to fail.
- Make sure that your card hasn't expired
- Make sure there are funds in your account
