Payment from buyers outside UK - Google Checkout, Pay-Pal or PPPay ONLY in £ Sterling. Sorry but due to bank costs we do NOT accept any other method.
Payment from UK buyers - direct card payment, cheque, P/O, Google Checkout, Pay-pal, PPPay or collection in person during shop hours.
Items normally shipped within 7 working days from payment.
Please allow 5 working days from acknowledgement of receipt for cheque clearance. Items will NOT be posted until payment has cleared.

Any item may be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery so long as it remains unsoiled and in the same condition as sent and in its original packaging.
Notification to be made of returns within those 7 days. We will refund the price of the item, less shipping costs, to the purchaser.

If a different size / colour of item is required to replace returned item a furtherpostage / shipping cost will apply.

Refunds in full will only be given if item not as described / shipping error / faulty, and only once returned goods are received by us.

Any item being returned shall remain the the responsibility of the sender until they are received by us. We therefore recommend that they are sent
by a registered or traceable method.

We cannot accept the return of any items which have been opened and used. This includes riding hats and rugs. Health & Safety Act 1972.

Note:

Faulty goods that are being returned under complaint must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt and will not be accepted unless clean and dry.
