Payment
Payment, in US$, is due within 10 business days of date of invoice and may be remitted by using any of the following methods:
Google Checkout PayPal* Money Order* (Postal Preferred)
Personal Check* (US Buyers Only) and Cash (Local Deliveries).
* Purchases funded by check, including echecks, or non-postal money orders will ship after clearing our bank, usually within ten business days.
Shipping
We ship WORLDWIDE, normally within 1-2 business days of receipt of cleared payment, via USPS First Class or Priority Mail for Domestic orders and First Class International or Priority Mail International for orders outside the USA.
(Customers having special shipping needs are asked to contact us prior to placing their order or bid.)
Combined Shipping is available on most items purchased at the same time.
Customers bidding on multiple auctions should contact us prior to remitting payment for any invoiced items which they wish to combine.
All Duties, Taxes and Fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
(Florida Residents pay 6.5% sales tax.)

Refunds and Returns
All merchandise is guaranteed to be as described or your money back.
Contact us within 10 business days of receipt of item to arrange return.
(Return in original condition for a full refund of the invoiced price.)
Lost or Damaged
In the event that a purchase is lost or damaged in transit, customer should:
Save all packaging material and contact us immediately.
(Please assist in insurance claim process if necessary.)
